21 months - prawns

baby finally saw live prawns in a restaurant fish tank last friday ... so far she's only seen them lying on ice at the supermarkets. she was quite excited to see them and subsequently had no issue gobbling down the prawns for dinner (was at first worried if she'd refuse to eat what she earlier saw alive but maybe that's for an older age).

because we were trying to teach her the concept of not wasting food, the hubby told her that if she doesn't finish the prawns they would be sad. now she keeps saying "h don't finish eating the prawns the prawns sad" when we mention prawns to her. it was quite good that she saw those prawns alive and swimming that day also because she has some action (i.e. paddle) to follow while we try to teach her to swim while on holiday now.
