week 16 - popcorn and fat clothes

i THINK i may have felt baby move a few times this past week. have had one popcorn popping moment and have also felt as if something inside me did a big flop. can't say for sure if those were baby's movements though ...
otheer than that, it has been a pretty uneventful past week save for the maternity clothes shopping that i have been doing which has yielded 1 super sleek black dress that i will probably be able to wear post-pregnancy with a belt, 1 flowery less formal tube dress that i can wear to the office with a cardigan, a pair of black tights from uniqlo and a pair of black very comfy low-heeled shoes for work. YAY! am also glad that i got those two stretchy cotton empire cut dresses in krabi for a steal which will probably last me for many weekends ahead.
on a separate note, i am still waiting for some kind soul on the train to give up his/her seat to me ... or maybe i am still not pregnant-looking enough for strangers to conclusively decide that i am pregnant not fat. less observant friends whom i have told say they wouldn't have guessed. is the bump really that small? it looks huge to me when i look down and there is no denying that my flat tummy is gone when i wear fitting clothes.
